New building so everything is new and clean. Definitely love coming here after switching all my sisters to this clinic. Nice staff and they offer a lot of activities you can enroll seniors in. My grandma loves coming here. She has like an addiction to seeing doctors for their opinions.... I think they are still accepting new patients to sign up so definitely do so!

Came here for my COVID-19 vaccination. The entire process went very smooth. You will be asked to use hand sanitizer when you get to the front lobby and when you get to the auditorium. You will have your ID ready and follow the line (social distanced) to an auditorium where you go through the registration process (your second appointment will also be automatically booked). After registration, you will move on to get your vaccination. After vaccination, you move on to a separate room and sit there for 15 minutes to ensure that you are okay to go home. The entire process took around 30 minutes. Facilities are clean and parking is free at the back of the building. Appreciate the staff there for making it such a pleasant experience.

I highly recommend this medical office for senior care and in particular working with seniors who speak Cantonese, as my grandmother does. I believe they also have people who speak Mandarin but I can't vouch for this as I do not speak it. It was obvious they work with seniors in the patience, care and practical knowledge in how to work with a person with typically less mobility, stability, hearing issues, etc. They also could speak with my grandmother in her native language and with cultural sensitivity which put her (and myself) at ease. I could tell the difference between other appointments she's been to and this one. Plus, as a not-so-fluent Cantonese speaker, it also put me at ease as her caretaker because her doctor was able to speak to me in English as well. They offered her a wheelchair at the entrance after her COVID check-in. Entrance, elevator, waiting room were not busy at all. There is a bathroom close to waiting room that is also wheelchair accessible. There was a COVID vaccine clinic operating the day of our visit so we could have had our vaccines done on the same day if we wished. Can't say enough good things about our recent experience. Thank you for treating my grandmother with so much care and respect.

Really clean and organized. People really helpful. Never had to wait. Physio therapist did a great diagnosis and managed to find that muscle scar that no one was able to find.

I go here now for my eye care. The doctor who works in this location is very good. I'll be getting a new prescription soon. She does tend to talk really fast. Only because she is passionate about her work. There are other services there too. Check them out.

Took my dad over 70 to get a 4th shot booster, a Chinese staff middle age woman insisted that my dad is 3 days early of the guideline of 140 days so he couldn't get the shot. Didn't ask if he had other condition or if immunocompromised, just giving us attitude saying he definitely couldn't get shots today. Our family have had all shots at over 5 different locations of vaccine clinics, this kind of attitude has never happened. Also on the Scarborough health network booking site, they never asks or stresses of the 5 months period, that's not a law, it's a guideline, turning away a senior over 70 because of 3 days in the middle of 6th wave is an obnoxious behavior

My dad is living in the transitional care centre there. All staff are amazing. They are friendly, caring, responsible and very professional. The facility is on the small side, but clean and bright. There are semi private rooms and private rooms. Not cheap since its private but its a very good option for respite care.
