t	tomainc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see my grandparents today and on the way over there I google'd a location where I could drop off my prepaid UPS box. I brought it to the store and the owner told me that the printed out sheet wasn't properly taped and he told me to tape it down. There was an opened tape behind him sitting on the counter and I told him if I could use it and he said, "no you have to buy one, this is not for customer use". So he wanted me to pay 3.99 for two pieces of tape that I needed. I was about to leave the store and I noticed right at the entrance where the LOTTO kiosk is, an opened tape was sitting there, it was actually used by another customer 20 seconds prior to me entering. I took the tape and started to use it and he immediately grabbed my arm and yanked me saying I was stealing his tape. I told him to call the cops if he wanted which I waited patiently for their arrival. Cops handled it very professionally, even joked about the tape saying I should take and use this for evidence and laughed "don't most stores tape it for you?". This is my first time posting something but I thought it was so ridiculous I might as well alert people, if you want to drop off a package please use the location at Birchmount and Huntingwood instead. For two pieces of tape he would not let me borrow; he assaulted me, wasted my time along with two officers' time... he even told the cop he makes $0.50 cents per package, surely those two pieces of tape would have covered his expenses but no. He really needs to squeeze every penny.

And he remembered me and said because my address on my id and the address on the package is not the same he will not give me my items. I showed him the text message the missed call and email from them telling me to pick up the package. The tracking number as well as the slips from the shipping company and he still refused. I got into contact with the shipping company and when I was on the phone explaining what was happening he started screaming shes lying shes lying. When I tried talking to him he would always interrupt and then at the end started yelling at me to get out of the store. Actually yelling. The shipping company was obviously shocked and now one of their managers have to take over. Waste of everyone's time.
