G	Gurkerit Gill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give negative stars if I could. This was the worst encounter I've had with anyone who calls them selves a professional. I went in and showed an image of cool tone highlights on black hair, the girl proceeded to use a 'technique' where she took all my hair in sections, started 2 inches away from my root by applying bleach then combing it down, without blending it. When the colour began to lift I asked multiple times if it would be a cooler tone and less orange. At the end of the service my hair was still wet and the colour looked dark. The next time I washed and completely dried my hair I noticed it was very orange and gave the salon a call back. The lady told me to come in on a Wednesday, 4 days after getting my hair done. I asked to speak to the owner, which was scheduled on the following Saturday, 7 days after they turned me into a clown. She said it was too late to resolve the issue as I had waited too long to return. The owner was very unapologetic and harsh, she did not understand where my frustration was coming from and claimed that her employee was correct. The owner, as well as the employees, don't value customer satisfaction and handled this situation very unprofessionally.
J	Jagdeep Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to support a local business, but I walked out making the biggest mistake of my life. These people are non professional, very rude, and very unsanitary. The employee who did my hair looked to be a student with no certifications or qualifications in the field. She was not wearing a mask which made me feel super uncomfortable, especially with a major pandemic going on. I showered her a picture of what I wanted and she went work. At the end it was all a nightmare it looked horrible, and nothing like what I wanted. When I asked for her to fix what she created she began to argue and curse at me. I spoke with the owner of the establishment and she did not want to make things right as well. Since then I’ve went to a different Salon and was told they’ve ruined my hair and it’s going to cost well over $300+ to fix their mistake. I would not recommend this place to anyone, spend the extra money at a different salon and get it done right the first time.

I raced over there, was met with a friendly greeting and immediately seated! I told the hairdresser what I wanted, and showed her a reference photo and she gave me the perfect haircut in what felt like seconds. I have never seen someone work so well and so quickly. Then, when I went to pay...I was shocked at how inexpensive it was! Wonderful customer service in a very friendly atmosphere. I'm definitely coming back for future haircuts every few weeks.
