★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice little salon but very poorly managed. A parade of nice young women have run the front desk over the 6+ years I've been going here. They never last long. Their complaints range from improperly maintained computer software & being forced to keep appointments "on paper" to having to do light gardening around the property (whaaaaaatttt?) I have been trying to book an appointment for three days. No one picks up the phone. It rings about a dozen times and then just rings busy -- no recorded message to provide an explanation of why they are closed or the opportunity to leave a message for a call back. I drove past today and see that it is closed. No sign on the door to explain why. Very unprofessional and very frustrating. I have been a loyal customer here for 6+ years, despite the high costs of the minute packages and all this other BS. I will find another place to spend my money until I see an "under new management" sign on the front door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caramel Tanning is the best. Very, very clean. All COVID-19 precautions are in place, and the young, blonde woman out front (I haven't got her name yet, but I will), is so friendly and kind. It's probably easier for me to go to Duncan to tan, but because of the friendly staff, I'd way rather go to Ladysmith.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caramel is super convenient for me to do walk ins. The bed I like has been available for me 100% of the time, so I couldn't ask for more. Keep up the good work girls. Plus, this salon smells like fresh bread in the morning--yum!
