Sadly, it seems Car Pride has increasingly given priority to quantity over quality. Long lines of cars that are cleaned quickly and always half-way. Last week was (and will be) the last time I brought my car in. It had dirty mats, which were cleaned thoroughly, but the center console, windshield, the back of the front seats were not even touched! It's obvious that someone is skipping areas that don't look as dirty. You can even see dirt in the seats that were supposedly vacuumed, and even droplets of cleaning solution in the car seats, sprayed but not cleaned. Every time I've brought a car in here I've felt the need to check, and every time there's something that's not done, or done half way.

C	C C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible...paid $70 for a was and interior, and half the car was missed. The windows we not touched at all, and the complete driver side was not done at all. The back seat carpets were not done and the bottom half of the exterior looks dirty..also there is tire shine all over my rims. I do not recommend this place at all. There's also white stuff all over the side of the car as shown in the pictures, probably soap that wasn't rinsed then dried.

Staff goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met, I got the ultimate package and it was well worth the price! I will be coming back thank you
A	Alex Guschin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took 8 hours not the agreed 4 to have the car ready. There is so much product on the surfaces inside that we are sliding off the seats. Everything we touch is slippery and squeaky. We have leather interior and they used the same product for everything. The door frames were not cleaned. The windows were clean until you roll them down a bit. The tops of the window are still dirty. The mats were soaking wet so we had to hang them up for the night to dry them out. Overall a rush job for 8 hours and we needed to spend another 2 hours wiping everything down. This is the second time we used them and won’t go back.

Not a single dog hair or seat stain evidence was left and I would not hesitate coming back. I will definitely be recommending Car Pride Auto Spa to everyone, as I am so thankful for their attention to detail and efficiency.
