After many months of searching for loan lender on online all I see was a deceiver who never give me a loan but cheated me and take my money and course me pain. It was last week ago I find CaptainCash, today I'm happy I received my loan successfully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied for a loan on Nov 13 at 11 am. It is now Nov 15 8:30 pm and am still waiting to hear from them on being approved or denied. You guys are quick to take the info of customers but that's about it. Website says open 7 days to better assist people yet ill have been waiting 3 days now JUST TO FIND OUT IT I'M APPROVED OR NOT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible loan company. 1) online application was frustrating to upload documents and wouldn't allow pdf? Had to end up taking screen shots. 2) took forever to get a response. Applied last Friday and Tuesday morning finally got response. 3) was refused a loan due to being to close to my limit. No kidding, that's why I'm requesting a loan in the first place. Recommend 310 loan, or even money Mart at this point compared to this captain cash

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used them lots in the past and had nothing but good experiences. The last time there was a mix up on the payment dates and they blamed me said I made the date for a year later how is that possible? I know I got the loan no issue there and am willing to pay it back no questions. The issue I have is they did not bother to contact me first and explain it. They sent an email saying this is the date we are taking it out. No customer service at all and then blame the customer not the staff who approved the loan and did not see the dates. I would never recommend them for this reason only. Learn to talk to your customers first!!!!
