If you call this company %50 chances are you will get a VERNON TAXI car.
Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not been in a taxi for a long time. But when they drop off the people they are giving a ride to there is no reason to do 80 plus kmh through a resedential neighborhood at any time of the day or night. If i could i would give them a -10 for there driving skills

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for a taxi to pick my husband and I up and right away after giving the dispatch lady our pick up address we get told by this very rude ignorant woman Nope we're not sending anymore taxis to that address. Not having any other cabs called this morning there is absolutely no reason for this woman to be so miserable and deny us their service considering we have more then enough money to cover the cab fare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really a toss up whenever you order this cab; some of the drivers are super nice & clean, others are miserable and disgusting. Unfortunately you're likely to deal with the latter.
Apparently they're working on adding an app which will hopefully give us a better idea of the driver beforehand, but until then, you're really taking a gamble if you order.
Either way, I hope to see more ride hailing services become available in Vernon.
