★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mto needs to take a SERIOUS look at this place. My daughter recently purchased a car from Reliable Pre Owed Cars in Mississauga. Immediately after we picked it up we noticed the front struts were worn out. After a week and a half we took it to our mechanic to see how much it would be to have them replaced. Upon inspection he informed us that the vehicle was unsafe and should never have passed a safety with struts in this condition. We called Reliable and Ali said that it was safetied at Capital Motors Mississauga and to take it back to them and have it repaired by them at no cost to my daughter. We did so and after the car was finished being repaired it was returned to us completed covered in grease. Every body panel , and most windows had large amounts of grease on them…there was even grease outside and inside the glovebox. A week after having the car repaired at Capital a indicator light on the dash came on saying there was an issue with the front brakes. Upon further inspection we discovered the mechanic at Capital that replaced the struts never bothered to refasten the front brake pad sensor wire…instead he just left it flopping around and wearing on the inside of the tire until it wore right through causing the indicator light to come on. The mechanic at Capital also completely stripped the lug bolt to the point that only 3 lug bolts have been holding the tire on for a while now without us even knowing. 0/5 rating. Extremely unsafe practices being performed at this business

They have a wide selection of cars to choose from and all of them were very clean and well maintained. I was able to pick up my 2018 Toyota Camry at a reasonable price and it still runs smooth. Great and reasonable prices, would recommend.
