He was involved in a dispute with a tenant (Scott Woodrow) when he could not resolve it he returned to my property and stole two boat props from my boat. I had not hired him, signed any work order or entered any agreement to pay. He will come to your property and case it for items he wants to return and steal. BEWARE !!!!!!
