★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually know exactly what I need and usually I find it there. I would rather pay Canadian than US for items from Rio Grande. So I go to Cap R&G first. But inevitably I leave with much more than I needed because there is so much cool stuff and a pretty good tool and equipment section too. Plus the staff are lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is for the online ordering process. I put in for a lortone tumbler but while the pay processed I heard nothing back and nothing shipped. I cancelled my order. I'm really disappointed because it's hard to find lortone tumblers in canada.
EDIT: the response below indicates that I spoke with someone when I called. I did not.it may have been someone else but not me. I completely understand issues with supplies but I never spoke with someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. Have ordered again and after speaking to Chris, will be investing in another tumbler. I am a newbie at tumbling and called for some advice. I was steered in the right direction. One of the best businesses that I have ever dealt with.
I live in New Brunswick and found them online. I ordered a tumbler and some grit. The order got here quickly and was well packaged. Glad that I found them and will likely be ordering again and again .... and I love the heart shaped bubble wrap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Sarah is so knowledgeable and helpful and gave me advice on the proper tools and materials I needed. She was also very patient while I picked out (many) stones. The prices are also amazing!!! The cherry on top is that my car battery died while parked outside and the lovely staff helped me jumpstart my car. I will definitely be back!
