E	Elliot Spratlin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large selection of runs for a non-mountain ski resort. Staff were nice. Beautiful scenery. However, the lifts were old and uncomfortable, the lodge was outdated, the bathrooms were dirty and unkept, and the cafeteria service was slow.
T	Tara Good on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is terrible, not willing to accommodate a credit for a $250 ski pass to be used in the next season. We got my daughter a multi day pass for her birthday gift and before she could pick it up she had broke her wrist coming off the chair lift at Canyon. She was not able to use her pass at all due to her injury. We are now out the money and a birthday gift ! So frustrating !! Nothing they could do for us ? After this experience I would highly recommend not buying passes !!!
D	Dragosh Mocrii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty cool to have a decent hill to ski that's 1:50 hrs from Edmonton. There's 2 chairs, and many T-bars. The t-bar on the east side though, the cord becomes too short sometimes while it's pulling you up, and because of that it will hurt your leg if you're a snowboarder. The food at the cafe bar is low quality (mostly deep fried) and cash only is accepted. There is virtually no mobile connection on the ski resort's area. There is wifi available at the lodge, but it's 1hr free, and then you have to pay.
Z	Zhaohan Xu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s amazing how well maintained this ski resort is!! It’s being through years or decades but still serving customers from all areas!! Our first time visit to here!! Check in process is quick and the sign is very well layout!! You can easily find locker, rental, washroom etc.. the area is not big. The have several lift, different level of ski path, have a magic carpet for beginners. We so enjoy our time there and would plan to come back again soon!!

I had issues with online booking but was able to call in and the staff were so kind patient and helpful. Thank you for helping us get mountain ready!
C	Cassidy Blair MJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, for a non-mountain hill, this is the best place. I’m busy days, it gets a bit hectic, but that isn’t the hills fault. The biggest point for the ski hill is their staff. They are SO FUN and personable. They honestly have made my season pass experience SO MUCH BETTER. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Canyon that make this place a fun and safe place to be!!

I do wish the staff would be a bit better about not allowing single people to take a chair all to themselves when it's busy, but that's hardly worth taking a star off for. All in all a great skiing experience for what it is.

Not only was her team incredibly professional, they were able to work alongside us to make sure the day went by perfect, even with the ever changing COVID restrictions. The food was incredible (Would highly recommend the Swine and Dine option) the staff and bartenders were friendly, and the venue was kept in amazing order for all our needs. Could not be happier with our venue choice and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a "mountain style getaway" for their wedding!
