★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible customer service and people skills. My wife called them as our new furnace of two years was having issues cycling this winter. The man who answered the phone basically talked down to her because we had in his words "Mickey Moused" our furnace together and essentially laughed at her when we were trying to bring them business based on heir so called "reputation". If by mickey moused together you mean had another company with the same certification as yours do our original install then that's just a very unprofessional jab at your competition. Turned out to be a quick repair and we paid to have the original company do it when they became available. If I could give 0 stars I would, also to the tall guy who dresses like he's on a SWAT team, you look ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely outstanding service. We are using Canuck for a current renovation for heating, plumbing and gas lines. Without exception all of the service people have gone above and beyond in helping us get our project done as fast and efficiently as possible. Very professional, extremely nice and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good work to instal new furnace & hot water tank, but they dropped my hot water tank when bringing it in & didn't tell me. Instead they stuck the tank manual over the large dent on the bottom of the tank, which I noticed after they left. I took my concern to their office and after discussing, Canuck gave me a small rebate for damage, even though I was concerned the tank may have been damaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. 3 weeks and still trying to get my invoice emailed to me. Stopped at the office and they have added additional charges. Are charging an additional hour of labour to pick up a part for the repair. When we asked what the price of the repair would be we were not informed of this kind of charge. They said they charge labour cost for the time doing the repair and the cost of the parts. No mention of charges for travel time getting parts. Jobs itself was messy but functional. Not impressed at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new furnace installed. After awhile we kept noticing the smell of gas. Called Canuck who said they were too busy to send over one of their guys and suggested I call Fortis. Fortis came and reported the fittings on the installation were only hand tight. This is so incredibly serious. Thanks for nearly killing us Canuck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The technician was rude. I decided to go with a different company for my new furnace installation. Over priced and terrible customer service. The manager was also rude when I called and voiced my concerns. If you want honest and reliable service go with a different company. I got a new furnace for 1800.00 less than what they quoted me.
They also seem to think that I am unhappy about having to replace my furnace. This is not the case as I obviously went with a better and more reputable local company and now have a brand new furnace. The awful customer service and unprofessionalism from this company is astounding. Save some cash and the headache of their antics and go with a different company.
