★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bid and won 4 lots. They were totally unresponsive, never called back, only emailed once after 5 emails to the house and several to live auctioneers. I had to prove that I paid (the day I reveived my invoice). The house sent me 3 lots, (after a month) but of course the most expensive lot still hasn't arrived. Its been a month and a half. What a joke Im thinking fraud. Horrible service. Do not use this Auction house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A questionable outfit with non existent customer service. I bought a comic in an auction on September 23rd and the book never arrived. Thus began my odyssey with Canuck Auctions non-existent customer service. The good news is that I found my comic book. The exact book I bought and paid for is now for sale again in an upcoming Canuck Auction. Needless to say I was surprised to find my book back up for sale. Stay away at all costs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a box of trading cards from them they stated open box 24 packs. Arrived damaged with only 14 packs and opened. Their listings are misleading. But they do deliver what's listed in the pictures. They just lie about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canuck Auctions are terrible! Do not do business with this company! I won an auction over 2 months ago and only received a few of the cheaper items I won. Missing were 3 cards I paid over $1000 for. Customer service is non-existent. I called Sean at the number on the website and was told to call the showroom. No answer . Both telephone numbers go to voicemail and both boxes are full! Every day for 2 months I call and write them. Nothing! Every day I give them my number and ask them please to call me. NOTHING! Canuck Auctions totally ruined my Christmas! They really suck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and last time I deal with this joke of an outfit. Won a lot of Newfoundland coins. I’ve called a so called owner Sean multiple times, the showroom and emailed as well. No response. Based on several other poor feedbacks, they are clearly a joke. How I collector hasn’t turfed them yet is beyond me. Stay very far away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never had a problem till they couldn’t “locate my payment”. they changed their PayPal Ryan fixed it and marked it as shipped after going back and forth for a while about a comic book took a while but worth it,
I give them 3 stars cause i had to wait over three months and had to keep saying how I paid if they told me they changed it I wouldn’t of had this problem in the first place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought $1000's of dollars of memorabilia from these guys. Some good buys but whatever my maximum absentee bids were the product sold at. No fail! They also place reserve bid pricing on items without disclosing. That is not how auctions work. When I sold my items on their site they often bought and resold. Very fishy
