I called to a pick-up for a return item, all paid by the seller, on July 29, received the confirmation number. Noone showed up. Called again on the 3rd of August, 45 minutes it took to request a pick-up, when the agent asked for package dimensions I knew something was wrong. She put me on hold but actually sent me to another agent, who sent me back, it was the same agent who just dumped my call. She admitted she was knew the order was not right. I suggested the waybill # I gave her should have all of the information for the other company. This time is was only a few minutes, have my reference #, confirmed they'd be here to pick-up by 8pm. I am on hold right now, trying to find out why no one showed up last night. This was a time sensitive package. There should a minus rating as in this case, it would definitely be -5 stars OMG- I called to find out why no one picked up? After a wait, the agent asked me for a tracking number? I stated I have the waybill and the reference # confirming my request from yesterday. There is no tracking number till it is in the system, scanned by the driver. He put me on hold and hung up the phone. HELP!

I missed a delivery attempt on Wednesday because I was in the washroom. By the time I got down to the lobby of my building there was a delivery slip saying I needed to pick up the package at the Canpar facility on Gardiners Road in Kingston. I cannot pick up parcels at that location because it is not wheelchair accessible. I called the customer service line Wednesday afternoon and spoke with someone who told me that for $10 I could have the package redelivered the following day, which I agreed to. Yesterday morning, I received a text message notifying me that the package has been left at a Smartstop for pickup. That location is also not wheelchair accessible. I physically cannot get into that building to retrieve my package. I called the customer service line again yesterday morning and spoke with someone who told me that he would look into the problem for me. I have not heard anything since. My parcel contains live plants and at this point I am concerned what condition they will be in if and when I eventually receive them. I just tried to use the Customer Service chat so I would have a record of what I was told and by whom. The person I was connected to asked for my tracking number and postal code, repeated the tracking details to me, and then simply never responded after I clarified the nature of the delivery problem I am experiencing. After 12 minutes I sent a final message checking whether we were still connected. After another 10 minutes I disconnected the chat. This is frankly appalling and you all need to figure out a way to deliver packages to disabled customers without requiring them to pay extra and to waste hours trying to convince customer service to help them (to no avail). Edit: I've added a star because Chris, who drives for them, is awesome and went above and beyond to finally get my package to me. The drivers are lovely, and the service issues are clearly happening somewhere farther up the chain.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I have never been so frustrated with a shipping company in my life and I do a lot of online shopping. I live in an apartment and received 2 notices that they β€œattempted” to deliver my package. They did not buzz my apartment or call the number on file. I cannot comprehend how this company is still in service. I’m not sure if they were expecting me to be waiting at the door all hours of the day. After chatting with customer service online, i was told they put in a request to tell me when the delivery person got back to the office, they would call me to schedule a pick up. And guess what? I never received a phone call. I truly believe that loomis express doesn’t want me to have my package and they will do everything in their power to keep it from me.

No service at all, customer will be feed up for getting their parcel but they won't even try to deliver or even contact us. A star is just to write the review or else would have given negative rating

If I could give this company are zero I would. They do not Buzz apartment numbers. They do not put where to pick up your package. The depot has the worst hours imaginable. Awful.

Not only has less than minimal effort been made to deliver the package, but I just crossed town to pick it up, and they are only open 3 hours per day for pickup. Opposite of UPS or Fedex, or Purilator. At least they will get your package to you, not hold it captive.

My ordered was attempted to be delivered by CanPar while I was working. I called the customer service line when I got home to confirm their pick-up hours; it took over 15 minutes to get through to someone. Their local line is out of service. Their rep provided me with the address listed on Google. The location was very hard to find. I paid for a cab to get there (as I don't own a vehicle) only to find out that it's at their 'pick-up location' downtown - completely different end of the city. The pick-up slip the driver left behind did not indicate that the pick-up address is different than their location (as per Google), no business contact info or address(es) were even on the slip, nor did their customer service rep advise me of this. How are customers supposed to know about this pick-up location if it's nowhere to be found on your website, it's not on the slip, and your reps aren't aware of this either evidently? Definitely wasted my money and time. Communication is definitely lacking. *I have advised the company I ordered from about what has happened and how this has discouraged me from ordering from them again - hopefully my feedback has fallen in the right person's inbox.

Their service is terrible ~ they have left very expensive packages out in easy view in the lobby of my building that could be stolen. Another time they had a hard time finding an address that was on a main hwy that could not be missed! Companies that use this delivery service I will tend to not buy from because of them using the DHL Canpar service. Terrible customer service when you ~ they tend to run you round in circles handing you off to the next person. It’s almost as if they don’t know what they are doing! I use a lot of different delivery services and DHL by far is the worst I have experienced.
