R	Ryan Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous, untrustworthy company. Avoid at all costs. Canpar would endeavour to lie on their tracking page than come clean that a package delivery would be delayed. I took the day off to wait for my parcels to arrive, thinking that they would honor what was stated on their tracking page: delivery to be fulfilled by the end of day. How wrong was I. I then called several customer service reps who were about as useful as a wall. They had the gall to tell me that I would've known my delivery would be delayed if I had called them. After that they tried to make me pay more to attempt a redelivery. Why would I pay more to attempt a redelivery if their drivers and services are already unreliable and I can't be sure what time they'll show up at my door? They also said I can leave a note for the driver but that's for all intents and purposes useless as well. I wonder if they are actually interested in the business of delivering packages to paying customers' hands. I'm never using Canpar again! ??
M	Mia D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never in my life experienced such horrible delivery service...Not only are they extremely unresponsive, but in the off-chance you actually do reach a customer service representative, they will do next to nothing to help you. I have called numerous times, left a call back number at least 3 times and started over 5 live chats without any success of speaking with a representative. Disappointing.

Also, every other delivery service leaves things on my doorstep, why not these guys? Also would be great if the actual depot address is written on the notice left on my door. Why do I have to google this?

After keeping staff on schedule waiting for the driver for a pickup, the next day they told us that the driver has noted the pickup attempt as unsuccessful due to the item not being ready for pickup. Absolute Lie!!! Note that an employee was kept and paid $18/hour just to wait for the driver to show up as promised. This happened the next day again!!! Do not use CANPAR!!! At the end of the day it is not cheaper than UPS, Fedex or Purolator.
R	Rommel Caluag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canpar delivery man just left the mini fridge outside the door without knocking or ringing the bell, very unprofessional & does not care !!Even though we are home on that day of delivery, since we knew it will come. Upon inspection, the box was rip off. And delivery man should have an explanation for this..i tried to contact customer service, but no one seems to bother to answer..for several hours.
D	Dezerae Garbutt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ driver left notice on my door to leave instructions on how to deliver. I signed it and said leave on porch and then left another the next day. and didn't leave the package, now I have to drive an hour to pick up a package at the depo. beyond useless company.

No attempt was actually made (I ordered a heavy package the driver clearly just gave up immediately and stuck a notice to my door). I called to have them re-attempt delivery which they wanted to charge me for. Then they told me that even that is a no and I have to come to the depot to get my package myself. Went to the depot and they'd shipped it back to sender already. Beyond useless
