★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a mortgage I strongly suggest Candice. She provided me a clearer explanation on the types of mortgages (fixed vs variable) than anyone has previously. In addition, she gave me a no BS explanation, in layman’s terms, the advantages and disadvantages of each. Finally, she offered me the best interest rates. So if straight forward explanations, great advice and low interest rates are what you are looking for; I suggest Candice!
