Slow or avoiding questions or no answers at all to questions, no return phone calls. A crazy minimal order quantity after a deal was already struck. One person said yes, the other person said no Bloody awful treatment of a potential customer.

It depends on the support of the community and businesses like Cancord to raise fund and awareness for a worthy cause. We support PTSD resources and education for our miiltary, first responders as well as their family and supporters - no one battles PTSD alone. A feature item in our awareness campaign for PTSD resources for our military and first responders is our survival para cord bracelets. We have designed one that features each group we represent as well as others for key events we attend every year. We could not do this without the support of Cancord - their support and generosity has been exceptional over the years. When we started this awareness campaign, we wanted to ensure we had a quality product to offer our supporters - one that would be worn around the globe without fail. We are so pleased that so many supporters come back years later with their original para cord bracelet and ask for additional items due to the quality and durability. We have become known at events for these para cord items and are thrilled to say that Cancord continues to help us offer a solid product that is sought out again and again. N	Nicole Burke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This manufacturer made defective suspension lines, that were falling apart from just touching the rope and transferring from a box to a bucket. When confronted about the defective product, they refused to issue a return and they threatened to call the police on the person who brought the issue to them in person. Very poor handling of an issue that should be dealt with the upmost concern, as lives are at stake with this defective product. Buyer beware, this product needs extreme corrective action for it to be deemed safe for use as descent lines. They sell ropes that are not CSA approved.

Got a few mystery boxes last year that were amazing. Very high quality rope at a good price. Some of the rope being sold at Canadian Tire & Homedepo is beyond horrible and degrades into powder within a few years.
