★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can-Am's sales pitch is strong, and maybe they give some good advice, but they haven't got the capacity or ability to actually manage your case effectively. They'll lead you to believe they'll can help you, but as soon as they've got your money, they don't seem to care. In our case we found them to be both incompetent and disorganized; they forgot to mention various important things, sent the wrong documentation, sent documentation late, and we constantly had to chase up with them to get anything done. They sell it like they have an inside channel and contacts which they don't at all. I wouldn't recommend.
