★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without exception the staff at this Rocky Mountain House facility were very friendly and welcoming. The two grandchildren loved them all because of how they engaged with them: a 5 and an8 year old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service spacious and very clean rooms the office desk in the room is good to have . Hot breakfast the pool and hot tub are great chlorine is not so high compared to other hotels which is good .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place to stay but for an event book early and specify any deals you should get. Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. Continental breakfast was worth the stay but got very crowded after 8. Wish their were more of these around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a standard room with two queen beds. And it was lovely. We had a long room and we had a tall ceiling and we had a great big semicircle window above the regular window. It was a very very nice. The evening staff that we dealt with was very great. The breakfast was pretty dang good for a hotel. The only thing it could have really had would have been a waffle machine but no complaints. Bacon eggs hash browns hot food it was good stuff. The pool has a fun water slide and everything. The only reason this isn't five stars is because the room we were in wasn't level I don't think. Our entertainment stand had a significant Lean forward by the time you were at the top of the back piece, and the hair dryer in the bathroom kept sliding out as if it wasn't level. Wasn't anything crazy extreme just a slight little minor thing probably room specific.
Definitely though if I have to stay in hotel and Humboldt again this would be top pick.

Very disappointed that their hot breakfast doesn't start until 6AM. Most working people have to be on the road by then. Great way for the hotel to save money. If they were serious about guests having a hot breakfast start it at 530.
I will stay here again, but I know I will go away hungry.

I want to express My appreciation and share particular thanks to Carolyn who went out of her way to get Me to and from a hospital appointment. The kindness and thoughtful gesture will always be remembered ? Thank you. I will certainly come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely beautiful hotel, friendly & helpful staff. The reason for 3 overall stars is their booking system. I was booked for two nights, only one in their system. Eventually found the right booking but still had to turn in cards & re-check in. I wasn't the only one w/this issue, our class instructor was told he wasn't booked at all!
Also, if you're there for a work function & you weren't the one that booked the room, they will NOT book you in until you can show them the credit card that was used. Major pain! My boss booked my room w/the company credit card, so obviously I didn't have it. Make sure you have the card that was used to book the room!
Everything w/this place is very good, EXCEPT their reservation/bookings! Beware!
