Arrived with a problem because my trunk wouldn't stay closed, they said they couldn't fix it, come back to pick up the car and now the trunk cannot close because it is bent and it looks like it's damaged. They made the problem worse and said they couldn't fix it. Next day, I brought it to another mechanic and they fixed it for 60 dollars. Don't bother coming here.

I called the auto center looking to schedule an oil change as was told that all oil changes had to be done at the "pit stop" and couldn't be scheduled. Ok fine, I asked what time the pit stop opened and was told 8am. This is the same time listed publicly on their website. The next morning I arrived at 8am so I was the first person in line when it opened. At this point I was approached someone (I assume the manager) who said I'd have to wait 30-45 minutes because his crew doesn't show up right at 8am. Ok I said, I guess I'll wait seeing as I was already there.15 minutes later he approaches me and says the crew likely won't be there until 9. At this point I get the impression he just wanted me to leave, so I did. I found the whole interaction incredibly unprofessional, the manager never once apologized and when I asked him why the opening time was listed as 8am he said "don't ask me, I just work here".

Ciril was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain basics about the car that I didn’t know. Told me recommendations and didn’t pressure me to do anything. Will definitely come back.

Pulled in with no cars in front of me and was told it would be 30 min. Came back 30 mins later and my car was not touched. I asked why and they said the owner came and they did his car. Had to wait another 30 minutes. What a joke. Do not recommend.

I went to get oil changed, took my own bottle of synthetic oil. The kid was super nice, and honest about his opinion on my car's air filter, didn't try to upsell at all. I was done in 30min. Would definitely go there again.

I went twice to this location requesting some basic services for my car and I have experienced all the below negative comments other reviews have written. So I left and anciently on my way home I came across Cabi's Auto Repair, on 346 Eastern Ave. who did the job in front of my eyes, he trained me on the liquids I need to beware to fill in. Overall his services were impeccable and with a friendly demeanor to facilitate my car services with integrity and fair pricing. And frankly, he did that little extra maintenance on my car and inspected every detail with no extra cost. Purely Satisfied

Scheduled an appointment last week for today (17-May-2022) @ 10am. Told it'd take 1-1.5 hours to get it on the lift. By 12.50pm still waiting. I had to take my car home as I've other obligations. If you schedule a customer for an appointment don't make them wait 3hrs. Lastly... HIRE MORE MECHANICS!!! This isn't the first time with this location where service has been abysmal. But it will be my last. Biz idea... open a mechanic shop within 5km of any Canadian Tire and you'll never need to worry about customers. Canadian Tire will keep them coming to your shop.

Tried to go here twice as it seemed convenient being in the same complex as some other errands. My front blinker light is out and I called ahead asking if they could fix it. They said yes, no appointment needed and that it would take 30 min. I tried to go a first time and showed up at 11:55am and they were on lunch which is honestly understandable. I do wish management had foresight to stagger lunch breaks however. Another weird thing was the sign was on the door written on scrap paper that said "Out for lunch 12:10-1:10" but it wasn't even 12:10 yet? I tried to go a second time today at around 3pm where 2 gentlemen told me it would be 45 min or less and approx $45. They took my name and phone number and said they would inform me when it was done. I walked around canadian tire and shoppers for 45 min, not particularly doing anything important but essentially just waiting for the car. I go back to the pitstop 45 min later and absolutely nothing has been done because they don't have the tools since the wheel needs to come out before they can change the light. Why didn't they call me earlier to tell me? Were they ever going to call? Why don't they have proper tools? Why was the mechanic watching a YouTube video when I came back in? Why can't they properly scope out a project and be considerate of other people's time? I took my vehicle and left, and will definitely never come back here again! Another weird thing is the mechanic drove the car out of the garage and left it in DRIVE when he got out?? 1 star is for the gentlemen seeming to be nice, but it seems like the skill level here mechanic-wise is severely lacking. Definitely should have read reviews before trusting this place!
