β β β β β My friend and I are Japanese and had PCR tests at this clinic to go to Japan. But both our PCR certificates had misdiscription. One was that the name written in the paper did not match with the one on the passport, while another one was that the specimen collection time was 2 hours earlier than the actual collection time. The workers seemed to be not busy when we had PCR tests so they were just so careless and did not understand the importance of the correctness of the certificate. If we flew to Japan with such incorrect certificates, we would be retuned back to Canada from Japan. If such things happened, we would sue the clinic. They should be super careful on preparing the certificate. I donβt recommend this clinic. They just make travellers who are nervous about travelling during COVID regulation more stressful.

β β β β β Would give no stars if I could. Took a test there in January and somehow the results were lost/delayed so I didn't get my test on time. I tried to be understanding because things happen. They assured me a refund, but have been avoiding it for nearly two months now. We have called and emailed, and are now being ignored. I absolutely do not recommend this company at all unless you want to lose your money and be treated poorly by the staff.

β β β β β Extremely disappointed with the service and the clinic.
My result was not delivered on time, which made me loose my international flight to Australia.
I have been informed via email that the samples did not arrive in lab only 2 hours before the time I should have received my results, As it was passed 4pm I could not find another lab on time.
And I still did not received my refund.
I do not recommend this clinic. Please find another one.

β β β β β Very fast process. Turnaround results in time promised. No complaints about the friendliness, professionalism of staff or service. Nurse was excellent. Only weird part is the office has zero signage, and the reception desk is obviously working for multiple employers as in the same five minutes they were checking people in for covid tests as well as sending out repairmen for warrenty dishwasher repairs. That was weird.

β β β β β I do not recommend using this clinic. There are other far more cheaper places I wish I had known about before going here. When youβre paying so much for travel vaccinations and medications, I would think they would be a little better prepared for your appointment. The least they could do is gather information on where youβre travelling to PRIOR to your appointment and be prepared with a list of recommended vaccinations instead of fumbling around on a slow computer trying to determine it on the spot. I felt like I knew more about what I needed than the nurse did and I had no confidence in what she was doing. She kept mixing up which vaccines she was going to give me. Not only that, but she actually gave me misinformation and failed to give me an important vaccine I needed for my trip. I subsequently had to go elsewhere last minute before I left on the trip to get this additional vaccine after figuring that out on my own. In addition to this, while she was giving me one of the vaccines she actually gasped and said omg oops. Not something you want to hear when receiving a vaccination. Save your money, time and sanity, and go elsewhere!

β β β β β The Receptionist (Kristin) was amazing. She was fairly busy making sure everyone was taken care of but she still took the time to make sure each of us was taken care of. I came in just to ask some general questions in preparation for my upcoming trip and she was able to answer all of my questions and show me how to research them again when I am ready to start the process for my trip. If the front staff is any indication of the company I would HIGHLY recommend them!

β β β β β I recently visited this clinic for a travel consult and the nurse I met with was extremely professional, kind and welcoming. She explained to me about all the vaccines that I needed to travel in detail while answering any questions I had. She administered the shots and explained the side effects clearly as well. Overall, I had a really good experience here. The clinic itself was very clean and tidy. Nurse did a great job of making me feel comfortable. I will definitely be recommending this clinic to all my family and friends.
