Best Department store in Canada

K	K G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience at this store, I never submit reviews but how the staff treated us on our last visit prompted me to write this review. We arrived at 4:50pm on a Saturday and they close at 5 (we were not aware) we were very rudely told that the store is closing at 5 and so when asked what aisle to find the product we were looking for the lady rudely replied I don’t know somewhere down there pointing down the middle of the store. After looking online I was able to find the aisle and locate the product and we were cashing out and were double charged for the product when we clearly only had one. When we left the store and check the receipt we noticed the 50$ error. Before even leaving the parking lot we went to the doors which were still open and asked to get our refund where they could see we only have one product and by the same lady was rudely told no come back tomorrow the cashes are closed which we could see they weren’t as people were still checking out. So we inquired wether we would be given a hard time if we came back on another date and we’re told no. Returned to the store Monday for a refund and had to wait until they checked the cameras to make sure we were telling the truth about getting only one product before they processed the refund. Talk about humiliating. I wish I could give this store 0 stars for customer service.
