A	AJ Rocklin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since this place opened I have been impressed by the customer service. Seems everyone actually likes working there. A bonus is that they encouraged me to bring my puppy inside with me while I shopped. She got treats from the staff. UPDATE Dec 1, 2021 - Once again someone went over and above in helping us find the right bulbs for our EV. Since all were not in stock, David at the parts desk, also checked other stores, writing down the part number and just being generally helpful.

This time, the cashier was pleasant and friendly, but walking around the aisles and nobody was around to help. The ones i did ask for help are unfriendly, as always. Please read my review on the Canadian Tire at Royal Oak, which is the best Canadian Tire in both Victoria and Vancouver.

D	D G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normal Canadian Tire setup, clean store, lots of parking with easy access to the Pat Bay highway after your shopping. Good store to hit coming off the ferry, especially if you have an RV as two RV dealers are located across the street.

I love the classic rock radio station that's usually playing. Kinda wish the garden centre exit was open more often, bit of a pain pushing soil and mulch through the narrow isles, but it's been a weird couple of years for staffing and stuff. Still hoping someone will put in a Bulk Barn next to it...

A very helpful staff member assisted with getting it off the shelf onto a cart, then to the till, and finally they took it outside and loaded it into our vehicle. We were super happy with the service!
g	gelli rhondda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a well laid out clean and tidy store in a good location and roomy parking lot. The staff are friendly and helpful. But I have marked it down a star due to their lack of a proper procedure to buy large and heavy items and get them paid for. The large carts have to be wheeled all through the store to the gardening department, pick up 300 lbs of top soil and then try to get it up the ramp, back into the store, through the store and then try to manoeuvre through the serpentine check out line. There has to be a better way!
