N	Nicolas Fredette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store to apply for a Mastercard and to order car tires... Card application took about 30 minutes and the employee had no idea what she was doing. Then, the young man at the auto parts counter invoiced me for my tires but didn't actually order them (I had to call a few days later to learn about that). The day I came in for the tire install, I specifically told the auto service employee to put a note for the mechanic (concerning my trunk hatch; to avoid potential damage, which now it seems to be having intermittent issues) anyway, he didn't bother to write it down... He didn't bother to ask me if I wanted the Protection Advantage tire warranty... He didn't bother to ask me if I wanted my old tires back... He didn't bother writing down my car's VIN when I handed him my papers upon dropping my car off (which he told me the mechanics jot down anyway; which they didn't)... Is there any sort of quality check performed by the managers ; or are they the nonchalant ones who don't train their employees properly and let them do whatever ? An absolute joke. I wouldn't trust these guys with a wheel barrow

B	Brian Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection. Would be better if they actually used the self-checkout machines they installed 2 years ago. Other locations use them so its seem odd to install but not use them.
D	Devin Gauthier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here pretty often. Staff are nice, they always give my dog a treat at the cash. Lineups aren't too bad either, usually pretty well-staffed at the cash. Definitelt above-average as far as Canadian Tires go. Obviously, don't get anything automotive done here or at any CT, except for tire changes..but that should go without saying!

You have to hunt down the manager to get the 3 guys that are suppose to help customers at this area. then when you had enough of waiting the exit door is locked because there's no one at the automotive area where the door is....and the kids there once they come out of hiding in the back they won't even look for a belt or try to size it...His answer was we only have cerpintine belts well the one I had was same as alternators...soooo don't waste your time here

I can't quite put my finger on it whether it's the way it's laid out, the staff, I don't know why but maybe even the atmosphere is affected by it. I guess the only way I can explain is it feels like a discount store instead of a usual Canadian tire and I don't mean it to be derogatory I'm just explaining how I felt. There was a lot of disorganization and things you would think would be in one section or in a completely different area. So if you didn't ask you literally could be walking around and I did for like an hour searching. Because some of the fun of Canadian Tire is seeing all the stuff they have and enjoying yourself. Comparing it to other stores within the city I would say I would likely go to another location before this one. The staff however were knowledgeable, but the personal connection seemed to be missing. Maybe it was just that day I'm not sure I have been here a few times and kind of always felt the same. But trying it out for yourself is likely a good idea as you may have a completely different view and feeling on this.

Didn't have coats in size S or M in stock for High Vis, just like 2XL, XL, L or 3XL....I was also looking for router bits (busy being re stocked social distance just left em alone) got a Cats Paw to replace one I lost. The.hammer looks but just got a regular one for my tool pouch
T	Toufiq Rahman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bike and its accessories from this store on 06 May 2022. The manager, Dan was amazing! From identifying perfect size for my height (by trials) to personalize selection of bikes depending on my riding preference, budget, etc. He was patient and very helpful. I have ended up spending a lot more than I intended to, however, he did not use pressure selling technique. Also, I have found him to be friendly, open and honest. Also cashing out experience was nice. Keep up the great customer service. :)
