J'ai travaillé au public et jamais j'ai servi ainsi mes clients même les pires clients car les clients font vivre les commerces sans clients pas des commerces. Mr. quand j'ai ramené mes bottes de travail que j'ai jamais porté selon la loi du consommateur, je les avais ça faisait même pas deux semaines avec la facture à l'appui....Tu m'as tellement manqué de respect, tu es irrespectueux et je te dis tout de suite tu ne mérites pas d'être au public...Change ta façon pour gagner tes clients...Juste à cause de ton service pourri de ce jour là, Canadian Tire Mégantic à 1... J'achète au Canadian Tire ça fait des années, c'est une chaîne des commerces que j'adore car c'est un magasin de chez nous, canadiens...Les caissières sont correctes à part la jeune qui t'a appelé pour que vous me traitiez de la façon dont je mérite pas étant donner que je suis une bonne cliente, une personne pacifique...En tout cas, change ça aiderait au beau Canadian Tire de Lac-Mégantic...Etc... So much was badly received by the gentleman who fell in my face, that is not done in the public with a client. I have worked in the public sector and I have never served my clients in this way, even the worst clients, because clients make businesses live without clients, not businesses. Mr. when I brought back my work boots which I have never worn according to consumer law, I hadn't even had them for two weeks with the invoice to back it up .... I missed you so much. respect, you are disrespectful and I tell you right away you do not deserve to be in the public ... Change your way to win your customers ... Just because of your lousy service that day, Canadian Tire Mégantic at 1 ... I've been buying at Canadian Tire it's been years, it's a chain of stores that I love because it's a store from where we are, Canadians ... The cashiers are correct except for the young one who t 'called for you to treat me the way I don't deserve given that I'm a good customer, a peaceful person ... Anyway, change that would help the beautiful Canadian Tire in Lac-Mégantic ... Etc. ..

Ça fait longtemps que je fais beaucoup de commissions là, j'ai dépensé beaucoup d'argent a cet endroit... Je vous explique, l'été au lieu de traîné mon sac à main,je mets tout dans un petit sac à dos que j'ai acheté au Canadien tire d'ailleurs... Je me fais interpellé par un jeune employé pour me dire que je dois laisser mon sac-a dos a l'entré... Je comprends le pourquoi mais je lui signifie que je je ferai pas cela étant donné que ce sac a dos est en réalité mon sac à main... A partir de la je croyais qu'il allait simplement s'excuser et me laisser terminé mes achats. Non! Il insiste, me suis dans les rayons et fini par se stopper a la caisse où il insiste encore pour que j'arrête et y laisse mon sac! Je me sens vraiment insulté! Je tourne dans l'allée où je devais me rendre pour terminer mes emplettes. Une autre jeune employée bien me relancer pour que je laisse mon sac a l'entrée. J'avoue que là le ton est monté et que je lui au dit de rester a côté de moi le temps que je termine car c'était hors de question que je laisse mon sac à l'entrée! Un autre employé est venu et a dit qu'il allait rester près de moi et quel pouvais retourné aux caisses. J'ai terminé mes achats je suis passé à la caisse et j'ai ouvert mon sac tout grand pour que la caissière puisse voir que mon sac contenait uniquement mes effets personnels. Mais non sans me sentir humilié!! Je suis une femme de presque 40 ans qui a beaucoup travaillé dans sa vie, jamais rien volé et dépensé beaucoup trop dans ce magasin! C'était la dernière fois que je mettais les pieds dans ce magasin! The Canadian tire Lac-Megantic has dropped a lot in my esteem. I admit that there the tone has risen and that I told him to stay next to me until I finish because it was out of the question that I leave my bag at the entrance! Another employee came over and said he was going to stay by me and what could go back to the checkouts. I finished my shopping, went to the cashier and opened my bag wide so that the cashier could see that my bag only contained my personal effects. But not without feeling humiliated !! I am an almost 40 year old woman who has worked a lot in her life, never stolen anything and spent too much in this store! It was the last time I set foot in this store!

J'ai rejoint Rénald au téléphone pour lui expliquer la situation et il a pu modifier le rendez-vous pour faire la réparation également. J'ai reçu un service au delà de mes attentes de la part de Rénald au comptoir. Je tiens également à souligner la courtoisie et l'efficacité de Marc-André qui s'est occupé de ma voiture et qui a trouvé une solution économique à mon problème. Bref un excellent services, une excellente expérience et d'excellents employés. Merci, vous avez fait ma journée! I had an appointment to install winter tires and I had a break on my exhaust pipes before the appointment. I reached Rénald on the phone to explain the situation to him and he was able to modify the appointment to make the repair as well. On vous fait terminer votre expérience d'achat en vous forçant à serpenter au travers d'un paquet de cossins de Chine avant de pouvoir atteindre la caisse ..... J'avoue que je comprends mal le message mais c'est clairement une très mauvaise façon de remercier les gens d'avoir acheter chez vous. J'ai littéralement jamais connue une personne qui m'a dite : je trouve qu'on fait pas assez de détours avant d'arriver à la caisse. Moi qui croyait que le capitalisme était basé sur donner au client ce qu'il veut pour espérer croître ... Faudrait que quelqu'un m'explique comment les personnes qui ont mis ça en place pense que le client se sent quand on est obligé de passer au travers de tout ça. Tout ce que j'ai entendu de mon côté, c'est des gens chialer donc. Perso, je trouve ça insultant qu'un commerçant que j'encourage me récompense en me forçant littéralement à passer au travers d'un paquet de trucs dont j'ai pas besoin en espérant que j'achète quelque chose de plus de façon un peu impulsive. Si c'est votre façon de me récompenser, message reçu ! Ça sera magasinage en ligne pour moi.
