I won't lie - I was a little nervous that things wouldn't get done in time, but Tom and his team came through in time and within budget! Tom was a pleasure to deal with - friendly and accommodating - and willing to work long days to make sure everything got done properly. In the end, the house looks great! Tom took care and time to educate me about the process including timelines and expectations. He was very responsive to any questions. The work was completed in a very timely manner and the ceilings are perfect!. At the end of each day, the team left the work area so clean that I could still live in the house during the project. When I reached out to Tom he was sympathetic and professional; gave us a quote within two days and completed the job within three weeks as promised. They did an excellent job on my living room ceiling that had been damaged from a roof leak, and removed the popcorn from my living and dining room area. My ceiling looks fantastic :).

What really sealed the deal for us was Tom's ability to also install potlights and address several other lighting issues we had. His rates were very reasonable and the service was top notch. Tom's crew worked in challenging conditions because we were getting the whole main floor done but also still living at home and working from home through the pandemic. We did our best to move our furniture out of their way but the reality is that it cannot have been easy. They were lovely to work with and did a really fabulous job. Our place looks way better than we even expected. It feels bigger and is much brighter. Highly recommend.
