The customer service of this company is laughable at best. It’s called Canadian Springs but you can never talk to someone in Canada. All of their customer service inquiries goes through eastern US. Our route driver is on WCB but apparently that means that the route just doesn’t get serviced at all any more and every time we try to get an update, it leads to no answers. Apparently you can’t talk to a supervisor on the phone. They have to email you, which they never do. Do your self a favour and use another company for water delivery.

We have been a customer for several years. Always good service with the exception of the Covide time. Understanding it was a difficult time. Since then the service is good. No worries with Holiday long weekends. Our delivery man always makes sure to leave extra for us.

Well it’s been 3 weeks since I was to receive my regular water delivery. I have phoned numerous times and have been told it will be delivered that day. No one gets back to me as to what is going on. I’m completely out of water. Your call centre is now closing much earlier and I am unable to get any response to my problem. The service is so bad I will definitely try to find an alternative. I have spent at least 5 days waiting at home for this delivery. I would like someone to get back to me and I want this water delivered. I will start posting on social media about how bad this service been. I have been a client for 16 years and I do not deserve to be treated like this.

Well, my first review was terrible. I couldn't get any water delivered and no one would reply. UNTIL..I put in a bad review and cancelled my account. I got a response quick from Jose. All I wanted now was my credit on the account. It took a couple months but my cheque finally arrived. (Thanks DONNA in Richmond BC). She gave me her contact info..we kept in touch and because of her... I agreed to put a good review once they did as promised.

I have been a customer of Canadian Springs for 14 years and the service was great up until my last interaction. In November I paid my bill but mistakingly crossed up my payments on my online banking. I sent my credit card payment to Canadian Springs overpaying my account by almost $1800!! That is what happens when do things late at night. Anyways, I contacted Canadian Springs a couple days later after I realized my mistake and asked for a refund. They were very friendly and said they would transfer the money back. We are now into the second week of January 2022 and I still don't have my refund. I have called 7 different times, spoke to 4 different supervisors, and was told a check was mailed beginning of December. It has yet to arrive. That money was supposed to on my credit card for Christmas presents. You can imagine the issues that has caused!! Repeated calls to Canadian Springs have not resolved the issue. I want an immediate return of my funds and will be canceling service. Their support team and management team have proven themselves to be incompetent. I am very patient but this has been a ridiculous experience. Shame on you Canadian Springs. I will never recommend you ever again.

I am writing this review for my mother. I would give them zero stars if that were an option. Scheduled delivery is consistently missed, she calls them, they apologize and reschedule and then that delivery is missed by them. They have missed up to 5 deliveries on the same order and all they have to say is "sorry" and nothing more. She finally cancelled them, called multiple times to have them pick up the empties and have been waiting for a refund over a month even with follow ups. Any company is better than them.

Deliveries are always on time and the automatic call that comes the day before reminding to leave empties out is great! Drivers are very responsive to notes left with changes and are usually friendly. If there is ever an issue, I find customer service easy to reach and usually resolve the issue. That said, I have encountered a couple of rude drivers & wasn't happy with being deprived of water because my account was in arrears for the first time (due to a move & no notice was given or warning that I was in arrears). So they have made mistakes, however, 99.9% of the time they are great.

If I can rate negative stars, I would. I rented 1 water cooler and ordered 2 5-gallons bottled waters on their website. They kept delaying the delivery date. Finally they delivered 3 5-gallons waters to me and I asked them where was the water cooler I rented. They told me they don’t have the cooler so they replaced it with a bottled water. Could they take a moment to think about why I ordered a water cooler? BECAUSE I DON’T HAVE ONE! WHY I NEED A EXTRA BOTTLE WATER WITHOUT A WATER COOLER MAN? And they told me it would take about weeks to get the water cooler to be delivered. I said it would be to long. The customer service RECOMMENDED me to cancel my account and told me to call the delivery guy for returning the waters. They guy came pick the water and I never get the refund and I sent an email to them again. They said there was NO evidence that I had returned my bottle waters and they don’t have returned policy, therefore NO REFUND CAN BE MADE and I couldn’t even get my 67 dollars back. If they don’t have a return policy why would their customer service wanted me to call the delivery guy for picking up the bottled waters at the first place? Ridiculous.
