I sent a donation after receiving one of their gimmicky nickel fundraising letters and they now keep sending me more of these letters every few weeks! What a disgrace that my donation is being mostly wasted on trying to get more money out of me.

She provided many opportunities to help you understand and even in the quiz she provided you with 1 chance if you got some questions, which I really liked. Her name is Paula W. And She was the best CPR instructor I have had. So Thank you for making the class so fun and engaging. I would definitely recommend the Red Cross to anyone looking to taking a course from them.

Four times I have sent it back explaining that he's dead, and could they please remove him from the list. The last straw for me is yet another solicitation today, chiding him "I have yet to receive your response and I'm sending you this reminder...". As his executor I have actually responded every time saying he's dead and to please remove him from the list! But still they persist. I tried to call, but of course nobody answers the phone. This time I've actually left a voice-mail message. This is annoying, upsetting, and frustrating. Plus a huge waste of time and money and paper and postage and... One suggestion to reduce overhead -- stop sending to dead people, save that nickel that you send, save the stamped addressed envelope. I'm sure the CRC does many good things, but what I'm experiencing is now a form of harassment.

Janet provided many learning opportunities and helped out every which way possible! I've had Janet as an instructor before and was happy to have them again! Thank you for being fun and engaging! I highly recommend Red Cross for anyone who needs First Aid and CPR training!
