Everyone at this clinic is friendly and accommodating to your needs; the entire 2 hours you are there, you feel safe and taken care of. They provide you with beverages and snacks if you need to ensure a safe donation, and on top of that, they follow COVID protocols really well and sit you at a safe distance from the other patients as you donate. You are entertained by the huge TVs around the room playing your favourite show or movie on Netflix, or you could use your phone or your laptop with the wifi they provide.

This place used to run like a well oiled machine! In and out in an hour on a regular appointment. This last year its been progressively longer and longer. Now it is pretty normal to have an appointment that's about 2 hours. One time it was so busy I got lost in the shuffle and it was nearly 3 hours! With the pandemic... they did slow down a bit for people in the building. However, for the last week it's been busy again with no chairs to sit in the waiting room. Really.... 5 full stars to the staff who are great! They work hard and try their best to keep us safe. 0 stars to the organization who are overbooking capacity, making us wait in our cars in the parking lot (what if we don't have a car?) rather than reduce the number of appointment. The other day my appointment was over 2 hours and there was no place to safely wait after my donation. I felt pushed out and not safe!

I have been donating here for just over 1.5 years, and I plan on keep coming for the foreseeable future. The staff is great; from the super friendly reception, helpful and knowledgeable nurses, to the very professional and talented phlebotomists. It feels great knowing my donation helps people in need, oh, and the compensation is a really nice bonus too... Haha

I started donating in July 2020. The staff and nurses are always so friendly and caring. You can tell they love their work. A very warm and professional atmosphere. I wasn’t sure if I would be a good candidate for donating but have learned so much about the process and how my donations help others. The staff have always answered any questions or concerns I have had. It has always been a great experience.

Been donating for a couple months now. Have never had a bad experience! During my first donation everyone was so informative and made me feel 100% comfortable, from the front desk to the donation hall. Always super nice and professional. They are taking great precautions and things are constantly being cleaned.

Great service and very nice staff but severely understaffed, it is a shame that these workers have to run around the entire time because of how understaffed it is. When i asked i was told workers oftentime leave after a few months. I guess they are underpaid, a shame considering how hard they work and how much money I assume the company makes that they are able to expand to different locations in Alberta.
