Very unhappy with this organization, I feel unsafe by the people who run the offices at this particular location

its too bad they have such a long wait list. its been four months now, i first called in september 2018. in that time ive had one interview and a bunch of emails telling me to wait. what i really needed help for is finding employment and then help keeping it. they have a evening group that meets for that reason but the person who emailed me told me im not qualified and wasn't welcome. im wondering if there are any other services that include first nations as clients. im thinking that if there was such a thing i might find help. to be honest, after waiting 4 months i emailed them and told them to forget it. obviously its a big problem to fit me into the what is obviously a very very busy service.....and i called them again and it turns out its not being busy thats the problem....apparently they didnt have my phone number...even though i registered for some of their classes and recieved emails saying they called me with no answer.....turns out they never even had my number in the first place. so, the emails make no sense. how can they say they called me when they tell me months later they never had my phone number? what was that interview for? i feel like i was entertainment for the day and they just moved on after they were bored.

I am at the end of the intake process and so I cannot comment too much at this point. So far, things have been very good.

My friend who has been diagnosed with PTSD with documentation has been trying for over 5 years to get help from this place. How do you make an appointment when whoever reads or listens to the messages never returns calls?

Long wait list to get access to the programming, but they do do a good job. Funded my first aid and cpr training for 93 bucks.
