Communication between support staff and field staff extremely poor. They are always scrambling for new employees and last minute fill-ins because they can't keep good staff. You will come to regret working here.
Trust me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few of the Edmonton supervisors and management are good and seem to care. But that's not the norm. And they are unable to really change anything.The majority couldn't care less about their employees. Front-line staff are just viewed as pieces of meat. They will use you until you can't be used anymore and then they will toss you aside. If you can put up with being treated like garbage, then this may be the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a job offer from them but I only saw the email more than 2 hours after, i thought they might have given the job to someone else so i called her HR celfone number after office hours and I got replied back. As for now, communication between me and the hiring/orientation personnel is great, clear and fast

1. No proper pre-hire interviews
2. No proper orientation.
3. No relevent training.
4. No proper communication between depts. and management.
5. One of the worse HR depts. you will ever find.
6. Scheduling plays favorites.
7. Recommendations and concerns to management are not taken seriously.
8. No consequences for poor work ethic or bad behavior and no incentives for excellent performance.
9. No staff evaluations
10. No raises
