★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sifu (head instructor) is very knowledgeable and the assistant instructors are very capable and friendly. Everyone has been very patient and helpful with my late-in-life attempt to learn and practice kungfu.
Lots of real life self defense techniques are included and I've never exercised so hard while standing still!
