★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MANAGEMENT DOSEN'T CARE ABOUT YOU. Recently purchased a vape cartridge from them and received a defective empty cartridge when i opened it. Came by to exchange or refund the product and the employees noticed that it was a defective product but come to find out THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND THE DEFECTIVE ITEM. they told me that I would have to contact the manufacturer of the vape cartridge to get a refund or exchange but THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING. Went across the street to Peace Pipe Cannabis and bought a vape and asked them about their refund/exchange policy. And said that they will refund the defective vape no problem. Definitely never going back if the management is to lazy to deal with a call to the manufacturer.
