Gift shop available. Went there with my family today. The attendant was very friendly, helpful and patient. He allowed us to watch the video on the Mosasaur almost to the finish as it was closing time.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in discovering more about Manitoba's ancient past.

The dinosaur museum was excellent....displays well explained and constructed with care. Very informative! Fun areas for younger kids as well. I really enjoyed my visit!! Spent three hours.

It was very cool knowing all the fossils were local finds. The kids loved the fossil dig sand pit area the best. My mom and I enjoyed the fossils of the mosasaurs the most. The gift shop has a neat little collection of stuffed animals, dino souvenirs, rocks, magnets, clothes and hats. Staff were friendly and attentive. Worth the trip to the beautiful town of Morden!

But for us, the kids room at the end was great too. The sand box where they can do a dig was genial, kids were lost in play for a long time. The gift shop is loaded with some neat stuff also.

Staff are excellent, had a discussion with one gentleman about some of the specific fossils and their back story. Wish I remembered his name, but he was awesome. Cool little gift shop as well; bought myself a very well-made trilobite replica for dirt cheap.
B	Balakrishnan Seerapathy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place for kids and adults. Nice display. A small museum only. Don't expect something like Drumheller Museum in Calgary. Still worth to Visit. One and half hour trip from winnipeg. We could spend 45mins to one hour max. They could have a dinosaur outside park too to attract more visitor. Unfortunately no guides inside to assist. It was a Sunday we visited. Clean and tidy washrooms.
