★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly environment. Upon entering, you fill out an application listing the types of forklifts you came to train for. Afterward you're presented with a video presentation on the item or items you listed, describing usage and safety. After the video you receive a test of multiple choice questions (optional to take). The practical aspects immediately follow the theory examination, in which you're taught about the forklift of your choice, visually and hands-on. During this process, the proper name usages are taught to the trainee in a standard check up list. An example is presented while listing and learning the names and labels around the machines. Following this is the beginning of operations in which you drive the forklift to understand its body. There's no difficulty in the courses and the trainers were very clear in their explanations (English and Indian influential). In about 3-5hrs you exit with a clear understanding and a certification card with your photo i.d upon payment. I'm definitely returning to learn more. Until next time...7 stars.
