★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usine dangereuse, malgré la présence de « quelques » zones où le port de masque respiratoire est obligatoire, plusieurs zones ne portent pas cette même obligation, alors que ces mêmes zones quand on respire l'air on peut y sentir le chaux ou le Zinc (avec les mains soient tâchés de souffre ou de chaux dépendant où qu'on est... voir des gouttes d'acides sur des vêtements alors qu'on est pas dans une zone demandant un équipement approprié pour résister à l'acide), plusieurs problèmes de sécurité s'y trouvant (On peut littéralement aller au magasin de l'entreprise, et y voler plusieurs matériaux dangereux la nuit avec la porte déverrouillé, avec l'alarme « présente » mais ne marchant pas et n'avertissant personne), beaucoup de mesure de sécurité sont évité, au point où même les brigadiers ou les agents de sécurité de l'usine ne sont pas capable d'effectuer les inspections des extincteurs adéquatement, par manque de formation, au point où les extincteurs censé être vérifiés tous les mois sont soient disparus, soit non-vérifier depuis l'année dernière, des portes de sorties d'urgence non-éclairé avec plein d'équipement obstruant ceux-ci, le système de cadenassage n'est pas toujours respecté au point où un employé a déjà couper le cadenas d'un autre employé qui avait verrouiller la BARRIÈRE DU CN, SANS DEMANDER À QUI QUE CE SOIT, pour LAISSER ENTRER LE TRAIN DU CN PENDANT QU'UN EMPLOYÉ TRAVAILLAIT SUR LA RAIL DE TRAIN DE CEZINC, et même AVANT CELA, il y avait un membre de la brigade s'étant fait percuté par un train du CN, par manque de contrôle de sécurité... une entreprise VIVEMENT à éviter si vous voulez VIVRE.
Dangerous factory, despite the presence of "some" areas where the wearing of respiratory mask is mandatory, several areas do not bear the same obligation, while these areas when breathing air can feel lime or Zinc ( with the hands are stained with sulfur or lime depending on where we are ... see drops of acids on clothes while we are not in an area requiring appropriate equipment to resist acid), several security problems in it (You can literally go to the company store, and steal several dangerous materials at night with the door unlocked, with the alarm "present" but not walking and not alerting anyone), many safety measures are avoided, to the point where even the brigadiers or plant security officers are not able to carry out fire extinguisher inspections properly, for lack of training, to the point where fire extinguishers s supposed to be checked every month are either gone, or non-check since last year, unlit emergency exit doors with full of equipment obstructing them, the lockout system is not always respected to the point where an employee had already cut the lock of another employee who had locked the CN BARRIER, WITHOUT ASKING ANYTHING, TO LET THE CN TRAIN ENTER WHILE AN EMPLOYEE WORKED ON THE TRAIN RAIL FROM CEZINC, and even BEFORE THAT, there was a member of the brigade having been hit by a CN train, for lack of security control ... a company STRONGLY to be avoided if you want to LIVE.
