★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Doormaster this morning as the spring on my garage door had sprung. Alex was my first contact and what a delight to deal with. She understood my car was trapped and I needed to do things today. Called me back within 5 minutes to say someone would be here this afternoon. Jacob came, very personable and knowledgeable. Within an hour my car was free. Great customer service. Will not hesitate to use again if need be and will definitely be sharing with neighbours and friends.

Kathy was very knowledgeable and helpful, patiently answering my questions and recommending an appropriate opener (Sommer 2060) that so far works very well with my heavy old door.
Andre was punctual, professional and efficient with his installation. He did a thorough job of servicing the door and installing the new opener. He clearly explained the operation and safety features of the new opener.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunshine Coast experience: Our garage door spring "sprung" on a Wednesday afternoon, making the door completely inoperable (with our car held hostage inside). I called the office, and what a treat- the phone was answered immediately by a real live and helpful woman who booked a service call for the next day. Johnny arrived right on time and quickly and cheerfully replaced the spring and did a few other "tweaks" to the mechanism. Our garage door now works better than ever and is quieter than it has ever been. I would give a 10 star review, if that was possible. Thank you for exceptional customer service.
