Steven, hangs up on people.
They don't try to help, they just try to intimidate people threatening that Equifax records stay on a Commercial Credit file for 7 years.
Yet, when we spoke to Equifax this morning they indicated that they stay on a file for 5 years and get purged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional staff, these people will do anything to avoid doing any work, I ask them about legitimacy of debt and they couldn’t answer, I had to do all the work, when they call you, they lie through their teeth with a big smile on their face, they will damage your score before even trying to reach out, even if its only some 300$ that was accidentally payed out by same type of unprofessional staff, i hope the government revoked their license as they are deeply unprofessional, will not answer any questions, will be rude and hang up, and after you follow their procedure for payment expect more then a week at least for them to receive the funds, these people not only lack basic people skills, but human decency, curtesy or respect is missing also, they will talk to you like they own you, in my case I ended up with them purely by the mistakes of people who singed me up for a prepaid card where Uber was the payer, the card was topped up by similar unprofessional workers, which resulted in some lousy 300$, they would not contact, showing any proof that you got this money they will however argue and talk to you in a negative way... if you don’t like your job change it , if you do, you should do it right. They are not after the debt, they are after you personally, with the intention to psychologically attack you, that’s what makes them happy, definitely not following federal or provincial regulations.
