Immediately started receiving text message spam after giving this company my phone number while ordering. Haven't given my number out anywhere else in months.

Placed and order and seemed to be a good company, order was shipped quickly. One item received was the wrong item. Company argeed to send proper one and a return shipping label to send the incorrect prodcut back. Weeks went by and the company did not follow through on their end. Stopping answering emails and phone calls so went through paypal to get money back. Company agreed to issue refund if I returned the product at my expense. We did just to get this over with. Company refused delivery of the returned product. Horrible customer service!! What kind of scam are they running? We don't have the product we need, we are out the cost of the product and we are out the shipping charges! Was this the companies way of sticking it to us? Will never deal with them again.

This is a great company to deal with. Over a year after the original purchase of a Resmed Air Sense cpap machine, there was no connectivity to the MyAir feature. Even with Covid caused shortages of new machines, they were quickly able to provide a seamless replacement machine for me. Thanks Nadav @ Canadian Cpap Supply!

Total scam. Do not buy from this company. I ordered a CPAP mask and received an order confirmation right away. So far so good. The email included an order number, item number and tracking number for Canada Post. At this point the wheels fell off the bus. The tracking number for Canada Post indicated a label was generated but there was no indication the item was shipped. After a couple of weeks there was no change in the shipping status at Canada Post. I emailed the company to inquire about the status of my order and was told I didn't order anything from them and must have ordered from a company in the US. I replied, pointing out that the email I received including all the information stated above confirms their order number and the Canada Post tracking number referenced in the email originated in Quebec, where this company is located, not the US. The response was to wait for my order to arrive, even though it hadn't actually been shipped. No apologies, or clarification regarding the delay in shipping. I then informed them I wanted my order canceled and my money refunded as it was finally obvious to me that this was a scam as they charged me for something they didn't actually ship. After I sent this final email, the order miraculously shipped. I have now received it but no apologies were made for the delay and no restitution was offered for the inconvenience. Had I not followed up I'm certain I would never have received my order. Buyer beware. Shop somewhere else. UPDATE: Your response to my initial review not only completely missed the point but actually re-enforces my point. Once again you did not read my post. I did state that I received the mask however it wasn't shipped until I complained. You passing the buck to Canada Post and not taking responsibility for your poor business practices is exactly what my review states. Once again no apology or restitution offered. Instead of recognizing your poor customer service and addressing it or making changes to rectify the problem, you pass the blame off to someone else and take no responsibility. Like I said above, buyer beware. Shop somewhere else. I will be.

I don't know what's up with all the bad reviews. Ordered on the weekend, everything was delivered by Wednesday morning. Original ResMed parts. No problems whatsoever. I'll definitely order from here again since the prices are so good and the shipping so fast!

Incredible CPAP company. All orders were delivered promptly. Prices are excellent. I intend to continue ordering from this company. All negative reviews, concerning this company, should be disregarded. I think those customers are confusing this company with a scummy Florida company with a similar name.

THE WORST CUSOTMER SERVICE EVER. You cannot purchase a machine online. I called 4 times a day for the past week they just transfer and no one answers. I have currently been waiting on a transfer call for 6 HOURS. There is no way to purchase a machine. No one to speak too. I have sent 4 emails and NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. I HAVE THE PRESCRIPTION THE MONEY. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.
