โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely horrible service quality after being sent damaged and faulty products. Tommy Zhang did not stand behind the products and service and failed to live up to the companyโs stated satisfaction guarantee. I would not recommend purchasing from this business. Two thumbs down!

โ โ โ โ โ We are a small electrical outfit that specializes in LED retrofitting. Canadalite was able to provide us unique, cUL products that were difficult to find elsewhere in Canada. Their customer service was very good, being willing to help us out when we ended up having ordered the wrong product. Being in the NWT, all transactions were done online and by phone. From the experience we had, you can trust this company. We will continue ordering from them!

While a number of the bulbs arrived broken, Gary was quick to replace them at no cost to us. I have not hesitation in recommending this company for your lighting needs. They are affordable and provide a product that works well!
