Do not use this company or the E-shipper service. It is a scam, they threw the shipment over the gate and it was left over night, soaking wet. this was two Christmas gifts for a family. and they decline the claim.

Extremely do NOT recommend this company! My parcel was submitted by December 24, 2017, it's been more than 3 weeks I haven't receive it yet! The customer services are RUBBISH. They don't help at all. It's the worst courier company I've seen!

I've been a customer of Canada Worldwide now for over a decade. In that time they have been nothing but professional and courteous. I've found their rates to be very competitive and their service (in my many dealings) has always been excellent. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and would not let a few negative reviews turn you away.

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service was garbage. They lied about my package and the length of time it would take. They don't care about the customers they serve. My order contained live organism and they completely disregarded this fact and said they would ship it again with a time frame of of 8 am to 8 pm possibly the next day or longer. I could go on but just don't use this shipping find somebody else.

Been using e-shipper/Canada Worldwide for well over a decade. We were able to grow our small family run company from servicing just the GTA to all across Canada and then the US. I think its important to separate the shipping problems by courier companies (Fedex, UPS, Purolator, etc) and Canada World Wide as they can't guarantee shipping times or transit times due to the higher demands with online shipping. But what they can do is help us to trouble shoot where applicable and set us up for future product launches. Ever year as they continue to upgrade their platforms and integrations, they are making it easier and more affordable for small businesses to sell their products with ease especially during shutdowns caused by covid. By adding Canpar and then rail service, we have been able to reach more customers across this country at lowered logistics costs. Special mentions to their support teams for assisting with the most basic things as hooking up our zebra printer for shipping labels, to ecommerce integration, and our account manager (Paul) for always checking in on us over the years to not only say hello but see how we are doing during this pandemic. He also lets us know about upcoming services/products that could benefit us in future. It really helps to know that when a logistics platform grows, it opens up the potential for small businesses to grow us well.

Whether over the emails or over the phone, on weekends or after work hours, she has always been very kind and on top of all our inquires. I made a purchase for 300 from a vendor and they used Canada worldwide, this company used UPS they dropped the box on the ground while delivering so I returned the box. CW company charged the vendor 200 to return it and 20 to ship it claiming UPS charged them. I called UPS who sent me proof no charge was issued to this shipment, then they had long arguments with the vendor and told the vendor to charge me the 200 the vendor took my 200 out of my payment for my items and this company is smiling all the way to the bank charging 200 to return a parcel lying UPS charged them when, I provided UPS the invoice and they confirmed nothing was charged. Do not ship with them because you will regret the day a package is returned it may cost you more than the contents. Everyone won here except me by buyer so BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU AND OASS THE BUCK CLAIMING LIES.
