★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait a while for my call to be picked up but that’s to be expected. The person who served me was kind, personable and very helpful. Had all my problems figured out and was very patient as I ran around my house looking for documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not surprised with all these terrible reviews. customer service provides inconsistent answers and I intended to pay my taxes off online and they provided the wrong payee so now it's considered a late payment and I have been contacting back and fourth and apparently I still have an owing for "2017" balance when I INTENDED TO PAY but it went to 2018 so now it's considered a "late payment" and I have been calling backwards and forwards, transferring my calls only to be hung up on after waiting for 20 minutes AND to top it off now I had to get transunion involved if it was in my record for late payment when it was their mistake of providing me the wrong account #

Condescending, unhelpful, I swear half of them are
Lacking resources and then when you become left out of their resources bracket or they don’t know how to help you, they act like your a burden on the system for being marginalized by the system?!?!
And start talking down to you like by providing you service they are doing you some big favour by providing the service they claim to provide for everyone and clearly do not.
Ridiculous
CRA is a joke.
