E	Evan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told on the website that my package would be arriving on the 1srt of Jan, this info has been posted on Dec 28. After calling them and hoping to talk to somebody im informed by a robot that they are closed and most things are not in operation now im told Jan 3rd?? wth Canada Post. First of all the package is being shipped in the same country and province literally only being shipped about 90km. Idk why you couldent have just told me it would be here for the 3rd.

T	Tyler Seltenrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete garbage, lies about attempting delivery. Makes you wait until the next day to collect your package. Full of liars and they don't accept responsibility. I have had to call the company several times to sort things out. I do not recommend EVER using this shipping company. Pay the extra $5 for UPS unless you want your stuff delivered broken with holes in the box and looks like it was thrown around. This has happened on multiple occasions. Terrible company. -10/5 stars.
Q	Qee Pan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandatory one star is too much. Ordered items to be shipped to my door, never tried my door but leaving notices in my mailbox saying,' Sry, we missed you.' This happened mutiple times....
H	Holly Warren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for Canada Post not necessarily the Home Hardware Post Office. The postman tried to deliver a parcel Friday but we were not at home so he left a notice. I went to the Home Hardware postal outlet as directed, around 5 PM (they close at 5:30) and was told that my parcel had not been brought to them. Apparently the postman had not brought it back from his route in time for it to be delivered to them. I could not get it on the Friday, they would not be receiving any more parcels from Canada Post until the following Monday (this was an Express Post parcel). Called on Monday and the parcel would not be available for pick up until after 1 PM. So much for dedication to prompt service from Canada Post. And they wonder why the courier services are doing so well. I feel so bad for the poor postal outlet employee that got lambasted by at least 2 of the people ahead of me. Don't know how she managed to have a smile for me when it was my turn. Thanks for hanging in there.
