V	Vic Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service as Canada Post outlet, Carmen is a great employee. All my Amazon packages are sent to 7-11 for my convenience to pick up after I receive an email of delivery to 7-11. Amazon couriers are unpredictable as they may deliver anytime between 9:30am to 8:30pm, all day I've waited . 7-11 is the best solution and is only a 10 minute walk . Plus some good snacks and essential goods .
K	Ken Au on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here to mail parcels regularly. It's close to home and always find parking in front of the store. Carmen at the Post Office is friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else to mail my parcels.

The staff at this location are always kind, and always do their best. Carmen is one of the best post workers I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
M	Markus M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Mostly from the lady with short curly brown hair. She is the rudest, most unprofessional and unhelpful employee i’ve ever come across with. I came in to drop off my package and she rolled her eyes at me lol. Been there many times and every single time has never been pleasant. She doesn’t seem like she likes what she does. Don’t work there if you don’t like your job. Simple.
D	DaddiSucre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’ve ever been there and dealt with the lady, you’ll know why I left 1 star. edit2: this lady always assumes her customers knows everything and expect we made our decisions. She gets frustrated before explaining our options. edit: the lady might have different speeds with different environmental (including people). I thank you for your service though, It might be a good ideal to add another person’s shift to help her. I didn’t collect enough samples to calculate, my bad. I should change my tone, but I will only change the star when the service is better.
J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I phone post office at 730 and ask when they close, the lady tells me 9pm, I get there at 854 and she is closed and very rude when I beg her to sell me an express post envelope because I had been to 3 post offices today and they where sold out. She doesn't care about her job, she said she closed early because it was slow, last time I checked post office was a government thing and you can't just close early because you want to. Her name was Carmen, she needs a job review or basis customer service training.
