I hope they all lose their jobs and the private sector replaces them because they don't want to work. People that paid for shipping have paid for a service!

I’d give them negative stars if I could but unfortunately that is not an option. I Can’t think of anything else more offensive than Waves Coffee and I wouldn’t be upset if this Canada Post location became the new budding home of Waves Coffee.

I worked at Vancouver General Hospital and was able to leave to be able to get to the office on time before the weekend and just because I arrived at 415 the lady was extremely rude and told me to go back on Monday, when I ask a simple question her response was “you can ask but we are close and I dont know anything as I only work here once a week!” Really???? This is how we treat people? Some of us dont have the luxury to be here during their apparent new schedule. Sadly we treat ppl in such a manner here in Squamish!
H	Harry Midgley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to work, during all of their open hours. I literally can not pick up my packages, which ironically I paid Purolator to deliver to my door so I wouldnt have this problem, and they refused after taking my money!

Asked them to edit my name on a transaction and they just couldnt do it, to what I replied that I did know how to do it, so I could help them to do their job as they didnt know how to do it. The girl that was helping me didnt know, so asked to see the manager or someone who did know. So this tall skinny guy with glasses appeared and when I tried to explain the situation to him, he started to rise his voice almost yelling that it wasnt possible. So after telling him I was losing $500 because he didnt know how to do it, he tried to do what I asked for like half an hour, and it worked, It would have only taken minutes if they had the right attitude. Just the worst experience Ive had in Canada, so aggressive.

When i went there and said did not find the door tag. Associate said oh she is just leaving with the deliveries what does that mean. She is gonna leave the door tag later and then i can pick up at shoppers what does that even mean. Can't even lie properly.

T	Tamara Tupper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I have no issues with this location, I get my mail and leave. Staff are normally polite and helpful. This was not the case today. I called and a staff member named Michelle picked up. She aggressively interrupted multiple times and talked down to me with her voice raised in an angry tone. She was so unnecessarily rude that I couldn't even ask my question and had to hang up because I was in tears. So unprofessional and disappointing.
