This location has a good amount of parking, and is open decently late. The Shoppers is pretty convenient as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is horrible. I called couple of times and they put you on hold for more than 10 mins and don't pick up at all. So I had to call back and again same problem. I hope they get reported about their service or should have better employees. Called this afternoon...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called customer service three times to ask a simple question and the individual hung up on me three times. I called back a fourth time and very politely and non-confrontationally asked to speak with a manager and she re-iterated the question I was inquiring about (the post office) and she hung up again. Didn’t seem like she was malicious... just clueless. The customer service here is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is awful, every parcel that needs signature will have a tag card in the mailbox, then you will have to pick up on your own, sometimes when you get there, shows the tag card, your item is not even there, they told you to come next week. Really bad attitude. They lost my parcels once without any apologies! The people directly ask me if I need canada post number for complaining. Not satisfied with the service at all !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a commercial business with a Calgary address and we have a physical commercial location however we get packages that can be put in our mail box, delivered to this location. Our business is a 20 minute drive from this mail location. It is absolutely crazy that Canada Post can not deliever to our address during business hours. We try our best to use other shippers. The worst part is, a mail truck shows up at our neighbours business, their door is 2 feet from our door, every single day of the week. Staff at Canada Post can not resolve this, no one seem to care at all.
