★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was rude and refused to do basic tasks such as sticking the label onto a package after printing it. Forced me to buy their specific tape just to stick on a piece of customs paper (I have sent the same type of package at Square One dozens of times and they NEVER had this issue). Fast forward to a month later, I find out the package never even arrived for my recipient. Terrible.

I went to pick up my mail I presented my ID, I understand the address given on my ID was my residential address and mail was returned from office address and now the lady had sent me to get a ID that shows my office address.
I had to go back to get my ID and receive the mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good post office, they get the job done, I pre print all my labels and its quick and easy check outs. Only had one shipment return to me for some unkown reason. But other than that no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I HATE this Canada Post outlet. Every time I go there I have an unpleasant experience. They really lack basic customer service skills. They argue and snap at customers for no reason. I feel as if they are being so rude and abrupt purposefully to customers so that they can derive pleasure out of it. The most unpleasant is the one named Husna. She is unbelievably grumpy and mean-spirited. I advice you to be on your guard when visiting this post office and be prepared for an unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is after my second visit. I went there to return my amazon product. If you the return label from amazon no need to pay for postal charges but while going please take a tape with you to wrap the package and paste the return label, otherwise you have to buy a tape from Canada post. They won’t give you for free of cost. Better take a tape else you have to buy that unnecessarily.
This is after my first visit, I went there recently to sent my passport to IRCC for stamping purpose. There are two youngsters, one for each counter and they are very friendly. I asked few queries and they answered without any hesitation. Only thing we can’t take any print outs there. Also when I went there few people are in queue. I am not sure how it will be in weekend because I went in weekday and it’s not much crowded on that day. Near by car parking is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Canada post office ever been to, they are so money minded they would not keep a separate tape for the use. Instead they will ask you to buy one to stick their own shipping label.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, my sister and I have visited this location on two separate occasions with two years between yet customer service was still lacking. Last time she had a negative encounter with rude staff who lied to her about options for sending a parcel and made her pay for the higher one, saying my sister's preferred option was not possible. After my sister paid for the tracking number, the staff carelessly had an oopsies and said my sister's cheaper option for sending was actually possible but that no refund could be processed! When I went last month, the staff said I had to pay for tracking otherwise there was no option to send my item though I doubt this was true. I ended up having no choice but to pay double what I thought it would cost based on previous similar shipments. Secondly, be warned that customers will experience very inefficient workers! There is a huge line and they paid no mind - they worked sloooowwww. I was ready to pay and leave ASAP and the associate was dilly dallying ...
