To pick up my order from Amazon, they sent to your notifications to pick on your iPhone. Well, the woman there told me I have to wait for those little notices that they sent to you, I’m still waiting for those to come. I’m getting all these FINAL NOTICES on my iPhone and laptop to pick up my packages or they will be sent back. I’m not happy at all with the service.

The lady is spoke has 0 customer service and contradictory information. But what I appreciate, was her knowledge and consistency in passing the puck! However, after speaking with Anne at the Canada Post 1-877, she provided me options. Oh what a difference! Unfortunately, I had to select a star to post, otherwise there would be NONE.

N	Nadeen Dawaf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very bad experience with post Canada in 14 Victoria st, Alliston, I did order three dresses from US and not fit me, I decided to contact the company to change them, I went to post Canada close to me and the women who helped me was very nice, I explained to her I need to return these dresses and the company in US asked me to email them the tracking number to get a refund, she charged me for the weight 20.80$ and give me the reciept, I emailed the reciept to US company and told me, where is the tracking number? We cant refund the money to your account, I went back to the post office and talked to the lady who helped me, she didn’t know the answer, and she asked another lady worked with her why I didn’t get a tacking number, and then she told her because its small backage that’s why I didnt get a tracking number, I told her why the lady who helped me didn’t tell me and I showed her in my phone all the details about what the company need to refund money? she said she did explained everything, Iam shocked, the lady who helped me in front me she just asked you why I didn’t get a tracking number, And just said we cant do anything, Iam working as a customer service, Iam doing my best to help my customers,and if I don’t know the answer I always asked my team to be sure help my customer 100%, now I lost my refund and my return shipping fees because of a very bad services
A	Ashley Jade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the postal service in Alliston rather than this specific location. The Alliston postal service has lost 4 of my packages in the past year. Regarding the last incident; my package said delivered, but when I checked my box I received a package for someone else. I thought they might have gotten the keys mixed up so I patiently waited for a few days. With no luck I decided to call and file a claim. The next day I got a call saying my package was just dropped off at my porch at 1:30pm. Coincidently, I actually checked the mail at that exact time, and there was no package at my porch. They lied. The woman on the phone said she would call me back. Never got a call back. I went to the company I ordered from and they gave me a refund within a couple of days.
