★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Older lady who's in charge is very racist never had a problem there before she found out my partner and my son are native now I get nothing but disrespect and attitude everytime I'm In there. I go in there atleast 2ce a week to pick up packages. She tried saying she can't release our packages to him because his name isn't on the box ( when it is) as a user when she didn't even ask for his ID or name. If I could have everything sent to everything for ewe or pick up I would. She even refused to release my package to me and sent it back without my consent when I was there to pick it up as soon as the notification cards went out. Id rather have stuff sent to a friends box in prince george and drive there to pick it up rather than deal with pure racism here.

Being an immigrant, it is the last thing you want to believe when people are obnoxious to you but this lady just seems to have a problem with every service I have requested from her be it picking up mail, renewing a postal box or buying a money order. Terrible service.
