T	Trennah Mccarthy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got off the phone with st Paul's post office. The lady on the phone was insanely rude and would not even look up my tracking number to see if my item was there. She told me I shouldn't get my items shipped to my house. And then hung up on me.

Came "too early in the day (9:45AM)" for my parcel , and apparently they weren't ready , but i got the email saying it had arrived. Bad enough Canada Post is overpriced for shipping. On top of it I've got to get attitude from this incompetent postal woman and arrive and not get my parcel i paid high shipping fees for that is supposed to have arrived ?!?! Dealt with many postal workers and this was the worst lip I've seen by FAR. St Paul Canada Post 1 star. Work on your people skills. NOT IMPRESSED

It is not just how you get treated by your home town postal system it's the whole system that fails. When does accountability come into play??

Most are decent and have been ok to me. BUT THAT ONE. Oh boy.... The wicked witch of the post office . Its like a coin toss if she's going to be rudely lecturing you or giving you a hard time about SOMETHING or other. She once rudely reprimanded me about a complete stranger's package, and i had to laugh and say i have no clue what you're even talking about. Thats how bad this employee is! Her people skills are horrible like 1/10. I have no clue how this character still is at the front counter.
